"if you don't mind" には3通りあります。

if you don't mind, can I borrow your pen?

(Reject)
I'm tired. I don' wanna stand up, if you don't mind.

I know you mean well, but I'm really busy, if you don't mind.

最後は
If you don't mind, you're cutting in line. We are in line.

Just ~ is all.

"That's all"が略されていて、

You look tired.
No, I'm fine. Just a bit busy is all.

What's up?
Nothing much. Just walking is all.

TOPIC:
Do yout think that Japanese companies need to improve their treatment of female workers?

POINTS:
  • Child raising
  • Job opportunities
  • Salary
  • Success of the company

I think that Japanese companies need to improve their treatment of female workers.
Many years ago, many women would quit their job when they married or became pregnant.  But, times have changed. Now, husbands usually support their wives, but women would still like to work in the workforce.  They should be given more job opportunities.
Now, women are college educated and have the same knowledge as men.  They would be able to have a good career and use this knowledge they have obtained
Japanese companies do not give women the same salary as men and do not promote women easily. But, it is important for Japanese companies to acknowledge the skills of women and not only be concerned with gender. For these reasons, Japanese companies must change their policies so the that women are treated more fairly.
